Herb Frombach was born in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. He attended the Indiana University of Pennsylvania where he received his B.S. in Music Education. Herb has held positions as a high school music teacher and church choir director. Although he is now retired, he still enjoys working as a part‑time piano technician. As a freelance composer and lyricist he has over 300 published manuscripts. Herb now lives with his wife Sandra in southeastern Pennsylvania.
